• New Boss, Ussop, DROPS Slingshot (NEW WEAPON) at 5% Chance
• New Fruit: Ito (String)
• New Stat Cap -> 1300

A lot of adjustments/fixes for Mobile and Xbox:

• fixed xbox dashing again
• fixed inventory not working on mobile again
• fixed pound phoenix projectile not getting deleted when the projectile never hits
• optimized certain UI loops
• added new inventory button for all platforms
• enabled xbox mouse to make xbox ui navigation much easier
• fixed xbox not being able to move inventory and hotbar slots

– New Island, Impel Down
– New Boss, Magellan, DROPS Venom/Doku at 1% of Chance
– New Fruit: Doku (Venom)
– New Stat Cap -> 1350

– Fixed inventory button not opening after death
– Pole Q move bug not hitting fixed
