IBPS PO Age Limit
The age limit of candidates would be depending on the applicant’s category. All the candidates can check category-wise age limit details. Applicants’ age should be more than 20 years old and less than 30 years old as of 01/10/2023.
The upper age limit category wise is given below:
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PWD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen (Army personnel): 5 years
- Widows/Divorced Women: 9 years
- Persons with Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 1-1-1980 to 31-12-1989: 5 years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
- Regular Employees of Union Carbide Factory, Bhopal retrenched from service(for MP state Only): 5 years
IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: Interested candidates must be graduated from a recognized university. He or She should also have Computer basic knowledge. Also, candidates must have local langue knowledge. He/ She should be able to read/ Speak the local langue of State/ UT of belonging.
Nationality: Indian
IBPS PO Pay Scale
As per IBPS rules, the salary of a Probationary Officer is 52,000 INR to 55,000 INR with dearness allowances, special allowances, other benefits. The initial basic pay scale of a PO is 36,000 INR.
IBPS PO Exam Application forms Fee
The Candidates who are belonging to SC/ST/PWD category have to pay 175/- rupes whereas the candidates who are belonging to the general category have to pay 850 Rupes through Online mode only. It should be noted that all the fees are non-refundable.

How to Apply Online for IBPS PO Exam 2021?
The candidates can apply IBPS Probationary Officer exam online mode only. The official website of Ibps is ibps.in. So be aware of the fake websites that claim that they accept your application forms. Following are the steps to apply online.
- Visit the IBPS PO Registration application form link.
- Now enter your Basic Information, Upload your Photo (size h (4.5cm × 3.5cm)) & Signature with the valid size mentioned in the official notification. You can also use the online tool available to resize your image.
- Now fill in the more personal details and preview the final form
- Now do payment through online mode only (UPI, net banking, Debit/ Credit card, etc).

IBPS PO Prelims Exam Pattern
As per the latest exam pattern provided by the IBPS recruitment board. They will give 1 hour to complete the exam. The exam will be conducted through online mode which would be a CBT-type exam. It contains 100 questions where each question carries 1 mark for the right answer and a 0.25 negative mark for every wrong question. Candidates must clear the cut-off in all 3 sections to qualify for the Pre exam and appear for the IBPS PO Main exam. The section-wise marks & time is given below.
