1. In step 1 you have to open the Punjab police website punjabpolice.gov.in
2. Now open the https://iur.ls/punjabpolicerecruitment2022 link which is given on the “Link to the Recruitment Portal”
3. Now in a new window, log in with your “Application No./Login ID/ User ID” and password.
4. You can also forget & Change your password on the same page.
5. Now, whenever the admit card would be released you could able to see it.

Punjab Police Constable Selection Procedure

The selection would be done in two stages. the first stage is the Objective type written test which is also known as the OMR-based test. The question for the first stage is multiple choice type. which consist of 100 marks with zero negative markings. So all the candidates are requested to attempt all the questions would any fear of negative marking.

After qualifying stage 1 candidates are eligible for stage two. In stage 2 selected candidates have to verify their Documents, give the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST).
Note: Both Physical Measurement Test & Physical Screening Test shall be qualifying in nature.
