Applicants must be Graduate Degree from a recognized University and CCC Exam Passed from NIELIT OR O Level Certificate from NIELIT OR ITI Certificate in COPA / DPCS OR Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering OR Certificate Course in Rajasthan State Information Technology.
